Groups + Retreats
Workshops and Groups
We can all learn from each other. At WestCoast Vitality, we believe in the benefits of group therapy in addressing certain types of concerns. Accessing group support can help you to feel less alone as you work through the issues you are facing.
We also believe that knowledge can be a very powerful tool and so we offer a variety of psycho-educational workshops regularly throughout the year. These workshops cover some of the topics frequently stated by our clients as their reasons for seeking therapy. These workshops can be helpful to both those struggling with one of these issues as well as those supporting them.
Below you will find a list and description of each of the workshops and groups that we are currently offering. Some of these workshops will soon be offered in an online format. Please contact us if you are interested in accessing these as an online resource.
